Loved seeing her, Mom, Mary, and Sue get together for evenings together, always with kids in tow. What a strong, independent, courageous lady; she will be missed.

I lost my best friend. Rita has been there for me since the late 60s. I will miss visiting her, that million dollar smile, her scottish accent, her wit, and her big heart. She was one of the best. I am blessed to have known her. I saw her before I went to Alberta for Christmas, never thinking that would be the last time….Until we meet again Rita, Sincere sympathy Dianne MacAskill
