It is with great sadness that we, the family of Walter Chapman announce his passing on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Harbourstone Enhanced Care Facility, Sydney.

Walter met and married his wife, Jeanette in 1963, and their adventure began. Early on Walter was an RCMP officer but went on to open and run several businesses in Sydney. The most notable businesses were Walter’s Mobile Canteen, Walter’s Rentals and Basic Tools Rentals. He also worked for the Dept. of Agriculture at harness racing.
