Louisbourg is with great sadness as we, the family, announce the passing of Frances Fudge on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at home.

Born on July 11, 1960, in Ramea, NL, Frances was the daughter of Rita Scott and the late James ‘Jim’ Organ.

Frances was a kind and gentle person who loved spending time with family and friends.

Frances is survived by her husband, Junior; daughters, Rolanda and Jessica (Ricky); grandchildren, Eva and Joseph Barnstable; sisters, Lillian, Michelle, Rita and her best friend, Valerie Burke.

Besides her father, Frances was predeceased by her granddaughter, Jahyd Fudge.

Visitation and memorial service to celebrate the life of Frances Fudge will be held at Pier Community Funeral Home, 1092 Victoria Rd. (entrance on Church St.), Whitney Pier on Friday, July 15, 2022. A gathering of family and friends will take place from noon to 2 p.m. with the memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. in the All Faith Chapel with Rev. Sheldon Chant officiating. Interment will take place in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens, Sydney at a later date.

Donations in memory of Frances may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
